Review: Uncle Cheffy, Mckinley

Last year, we had some pasta and panizza in Uncle Cheffy, Eastwood. Now, let’s go to Uncle Cheffy Mckinley branch for their Unlimited Chicken and Pork cracklings.

Gosh! This is something that you wouldn’t want to miss! Uncle Cheffy is offering you an Unlimited Chicken and Pork cracklings for P199.00. Yes, for only P199.00 it includes the rice and a glass of iced tea which is good for 90 minutes. This promo runs until October 31, 2015.

I liked their fried chicken and roasted chicken. It was tender! What is Uncle Cheffy without their famous panizza, right? Baked in a traditional charcoal brick oven. We had Uncle Cheffy Favorite, P139. Over dried tomatoes, mushroom, garlic, anchovy, chili flakes, basil and three cheese are the ingredients of panizza. It comes with salsa and alfalfa. Just spread some salsa or alfalfa and roll it! While rolling the panizza, you can also sing “And we’re rolling, rolling, rolling on the river” by Tina Turner. (Okay. Bye!)They also served some desserts! Cheffy Cheesecake, P150. There is no “umay factor” for the cheesecake, and I liked it!Italian Leche Flan, P130. I liked it a lot because the leche flan is not that sweet. They called it Italian Leche flan because the egg that they used came from Italy. The ambiance is quite classic. Location: Ground Level, The Venice Piazza McKinley Hill, Campus Avenue, Fort Bonifacio Taguig
